I kindly request UGC, DEC to take strong action against Alagappa University, Distance Education for not providing students with their Degree Certificates.
The Controller of Examination is useless and VC knows nothing and Director of Distance Education has cleaned his hands in all matters relating to issue of Degree Certificates directing students to Controller of Examination that means Director DDE is more bothered about making money .

In view of my complaint regarding non-receipt of DEGREE CERTIFICATE, today once again I called at the University requesting them to DESPATCH it.
But it was same old story, the only no. working is the no. of Controller of Examination and that too a female staff answered and said in 15 days you will get Degree Certificate and abruptly disconnected the phone immediately.
How many 15 Days does the University need ?
This is what they have been saying from January 1st week and the Convocation was over in Last week of December 2008, still no sign of DEGREE CERTIFICATE.
The Vice-Chancellor, The Controller of Examination, The Registrar, Director, DDE should immediately resign for their inability to manage the affairs of the University and Distribute DEGREE CERTIFICATE’s to Students who have completed their courses and also for misguiding everyone about dispatch date of DEGREE CERTIFICATE’s.

In view of my Complaint in this Consumer forum regarding non-receipt of my MBA DEGREE CERTIFICATE, i once again called at the University to request them to Despatch my MBA DEGREE CERTIFICATE.
I was told by a male staff that " MBA DEGREE CERTIFICATE has been despatched and you will receive within a weeks time " .
When i enquired about his name he disconnected the phone saying there is no need.The call was kept transferring for almost 3 minutes before being answered.
Now lets see how much truth is there in what has been told by the male staff ?

Now this only shows that ALAGAPPA UNIVERISTY, Karaikudi is cheating the students and it has not dispatched my Degree Cetificate .
Also the male staff told me to check with my post office, and I immediately called to the Postman who Delivers the Post, and he told me no such envelope came from ALAGAPPA UNIVERISTY, Karaikudi.
The University staff has always been lying all through my Degree course time to time and I know they are big liars.
But Mr. Controller of Examination I will take you guys to court of law, if my Degree Certificate does not arrive at my place .
I am going to file legal case of cheating sooner or later against the VC, Controller of Examination, Registrar and Director, DDE just wait and watch if I don’t get my Degree Certificate.
I appeal to UGC, NAAC, DEC, Government of Tamil Nadu to take strong action against Alagappa University for giving false information and cheating students .

A lady staff picked the phone and I asked her to give me direct contact no of Controller of Examination so that my Lawyer can interact with him and take necessary course of action against Alagappa University. The lady staff disconnected the phone immediately.
I again called at the same no. and she told me to call at[protected], which she told me is a direct no. to The Controller of Examination.
I immediately called at the given no . and to my surprise it was not the Controller of Examination, Mr.Manickwasagam but same lady seem to have picked the phone as the voice of the lady at both nos. sounded same.
I asked her about my Degree Certificate and she said you will receive the Degree Certificate in 7 Days, she also confirmed that the Degree Certificate has not been despatched.
If you have gone thru all my other Complaints you will imagine how BIG LIARS are these people, duping students .This is nothing but act of fraud by Alagappa University, DDE..
I once again appeal to UGC, NAAC, DEC, Government of Tamil Nadu to take strong action against Alagappa University for giving false information and cheating students .

In View of my Complaint Regarding Non-Receipt of my MBA(General) Original DEGREE CERTIFICATE, I today once again called at the University 8 times from my Lawyers office to get Direct Contact no. of . Controller of Examination so that my Lawyer can speak to him and know whether the University is interested in dispatching my Original Degree Certificate or not and accordingly would have decided to file legal case against Alagappa University, The Controller of Examination, Vice Chancellor, Registrar and Director( DDE) .
7 times I called at the no.[protected] [ 7th April 2009 from 12:10 pm onwards ] .
First time, a lady staff picked the phone and without any manners she rudely asked “ What u want ? “, I told her I want my Original MBA Degree Certificate and everytime u lie that the Degree Certificate will be dispatched in 7 days, she immediately disconnected the phone .
Next 6 times when I called on the same no. she picked the phone and kept quiet just to increase my phone bill..
1 time I called at[protected], phone was never transferred for 3 minutes only music was kept playing again just to increase my phone bill..
And at this no[protected] I called 3 times but no one bothered to pick the phone, this is supposed to be no. of Controller of Examination, they seem to have a caller id by which they know who is calling. At this no. I have been calling from last week but only once phone was picked up.
This is how Alagappa University is indulging in fraudulent activity and cheating Passout students . The passouts students have to run from Pillar to Post to get their Original Certificates .
The Vice Chancellor, The Registrar are doing nothing, and Controller of examination has proudly mentioned in one of the post in this forum that he is ready to help those who come forward with genuine complaints, so what have u done for so many days ?
The Controller of Examination, Vice Chancellor, Registrar and Director( DDE) should immediately resign for failing to do their duty .
I request UGC, NAAC, DEC and Government of Tamil Nadu to take strong action .

My name RESHMA I Completed my MBA(General)(Semester ) in MAY 2007 through Alagappa University,
In view of my Complaint in this forum regarding MBA Degree Certificate ( which the University has still not dispatched to me) .
I once again made a call to the University on 20th Feb 2009 at 12:34 pm & 14th March, 28th May ( phone no[protected] which was then transferred to MBA Certificate section) Requesting for immediate dispatch of my MBA Degree Certificate and once again I was told that it will be Dispatched in 10 to 15 days time .
The point is everytime I call at the University asking them to dispatch my MBA Degree Certificate, they keep on giving further dates and excuses .
I once again kindly request you to dispatch my MBA Degree Certificate. without that I cont do my further studies and as well as its effecting my feature life.

My Enrolment no[protected] . I Completed my MBA(General)(Semester ) in MAY 2008 through Alagappa University, DDE .
Inspite of regularly requesting and bringing to notice of Vice-Chacellor by Emails and also to that of “ Controller of Examination “ through "NUMEROUS “ FAX messages, emails, phone calls and www.ConsumerComplaints.in, the University has not Despatched my Degree Certificate .
I once again kindly request you to dispatch my MBA Degree Certificate .
I hope you will do the needful.
