I am currently doing my msc computer science. The study material(book) provided by the University is totally of waste. Half of the concepts are missing in the book given by the University and also the concept provided are too bad for reading. Due to it its too hard for the exam preparation. Never fool people by providing such waste study materials

Dear Sir, I attended an Interview for the post of Assistant Professor in Oceanography subject on 27th August 2015 at Alagappa University Karaikudi. The Interview conducted by three aspects (Examiniation, Certificate Verification and Interview). I send number of emails to the Registrar about the result of my Interview, but I did not receive any reply from him. I need the marks provided to all interview candidates in three aspects.

My Educational Scholarship not receivced, All BC students in my not receivced Educational scholar ships. We have sumbited to our college office till now haven't recivced for my Second year. Dear sir, I am writing you a letter of request, Its been nearly 2yrears that I'm still waiting for my undergraduate certificate, I'm a passed out student of National College of Design in the batch[protected] as i m abroad i cannot afford to come to India each and every time, when I called my college to ask for the certificate they tell its has not come to the college, is that fair im mentally stressed because of my certificate, i cannot apply anywhere what shall i do. In that case i will go and see the immigration people of my country if they can get my certificate i will be there from 17 March to 22 March if they can do any necessary things.

With reference to your email dated 7th May 2014 received via me on dated 08th May 2014 at 1:21 PM are you playing a Joke as similar you [ NOW UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR ] did throughout 2006 - March / April 2012 resulting mine 3rd Division "STRESS along with financial burden etc Career lapses ' MENTAL Agony ' " at last movement’s Hope you too might haven't faced or got show “ TO BE NOT TO BE..THE THOUGHTS “ that's why you in BBA Gold Medalist, as if you are as now allowing me at the MAY 2014 exam at the last movement which I had several time request via 18th April 2014 " HALL TICKET “ FOR MAY 2014 “ IMPROVEMENT OF EXAM “ MUST REACH ME, real based but to show other the reality ' twist to turn an drama, pre decided " as mine RE - Request was extended to 5th or 10th May 2014 to proof the prior experience, prototype “ EDUCATION IS NOT AN OMELET MAKING WITH NORMS CLAUSE CONDITION ON EXCUSES, DL / DDE “ ( 1 Month for FOCUS CONCENTRATION ATTENTION, from exam date declared ) but fees Per Paper as you are asking Rs 500/- which is impossible as its too high as I had requested prior and requesting again to grant me all 15 Papers " HALL TICKET " for MAY 2014 at the nominal rate Rs 175/- per papers as you are taking from other student's for the same exam as examination Fees and I assure you I will appear out of the 15 papers only on 8 - 10 papers as 15 papers in one short for a students is traumatized with resultant might be ZERO at end, if examination Center was within Kolkata then I might Opted all 15 papers but now its an nightmare as ANDAL is 185* KM from Kolkata and its 10 days exam not 1 day matter and I will then only appear for improvements of exam in MAY 2014 - if replies comes via 9th May 2014 and fees accepted within Rs 200/- per paper and via online mode as Bank’s excuses to make DD till 17th May 2014, else i[censored]niversity reply after 10th May 2014 then at present it is not possible so I want / may appear in two phases the then => OPTIONAL, 6* papers per phase( MAY 2014 & DECEMBER 2014 / JANUARY 2015 ), but then too within the normal fees of Rs.175/- to Rs 200/-per papers .


And so please allowed me 6* paper at Rs 175/- per in May 2014 and 6* to more at Rs 175/- per in December 2014 / January 2015 to reduce the stress and financial burden [ OPTIONAL ] .


Please request to reduce the Rate per paper from Rs 500/- to Rs.175/-or Rs 200/- as normal rate as simultaneously when had to think of the other parts as like expenses on Travel Fooding Logging etc for your Burdwan Center per day stay etc after, CAUSE WHY MOST DROPPED AFTER 2011 / 2012 .


I, therefore request you to please consider the matter immediately, as time is very short so I request you to take decision immediately and advise me accordingly, so that I can arrange money and all the matter in time i.e. via 10th May 2014 [SATURDAY BANK HALF DAY]11th May 2014 [Sunday], 12TH MAY 2014 ELECTION / 13TH MAY 2014 Bank Staffs are deputed in election duty so Banking works will be very hard to comply from 9th May to 17th May 2014, on election duty and till staffs are reported on duty after election duty.


So it’s also a request to please allow me at these above condition with real feelings and Provisional, Migration, CUMULATIVE MARKS SHEET, DEGREE NEW CERTIFICATE but dated 2012.


Please allow me to apply online via credit card as it will save time as too of the trauma, time, travel expenses of preparing DD and after then on cancellation as faced facing, process which you return dated 25th April 2014 [ via letter of your dated 21st April 2014 received via me on 29th* April 2014 ] as similar previous applied 2007 – 2010 no trace of DD's or refund?/ or " HALL TICKET " and please reply to these emails, immediately so that at least I get 7 days to ‘ FOCUS CONCENTRATION ATTENTION ‘ on mine papers I want to appear.

I ( Dhanya Mary Jose : Enrollment no[protected] ; course MBA hospital management) completed my MBA in hospital management from alagappa university through distance mode but university not issuing my original PG certificate. They are telling that I was not attended one subject. But I wrote that exam on dec 2010 . but they not published that subject result of me. So I complained to controller on 17/03/2011 itself. And I received reply from controller of exam on 27/04/2011 that I scored 57 marks. So I passed that subject based on the letter received from controller of exam on 27/04/2011. Now while I requested for PG certificate, they are asking for the proof. So I gave the copy of letter that received from controlled on 17/03/2011 to the registrar and controller of exam. Again now they are asking for the proof. The proof ( letter from controller) I already submitted. But now its one year after completing my course. By this wrong attitude of controller of exam, that I had not received my cumulative marklist and original PG certificate till time. The university authoritiea are not telling why they are denying my certificate even after producing all the proof. As I passed all the papers; till this time I had not received the cumulative mark list, provisional certificate or original certificate for MBA. I remained and informed the same over phone, mail and letter to the concerned officials many times . But no action has been taken by the concerned authority till this time to issue the certificates. As I need to submit my certificate to go abroad with hospital management qualification. My all career is loosing with the wrong attitude of the concerned authority of alagappa university.

I am a resident of Maharashtra and have submitted my M.Phil thesis to Alagappa University through registered post as I am pursuing a distance education course. I have not received any response from the university regarding the status of my dissertation. It has been almost six months, I have registered my complaint in their Grievance redress cell, emailed them and called them several times and have not received any information. Please guide me with regards to course of action that needs to be taken against the university.

Sir is it Not Astonishing that when 2010 Student Haven’t Received Till dated there Certificates why you had Hurriedly Send Mine, What you want to Hide. Paper valuation in Alagappa university is worst and they never value based on the answers written. This is the second time, I am realizing there is no value for the hardwork and the study you do and you write your exams thoroughly. Whoever is the evaluator, he/she values the paper according to his mind not according to the answers in the paper. even the re-valuation process is the same. How can I raise a compliant against it and get the xerox of the answer sheet like in 12th standard and a independent evaluator should value the paper.

My kind request to university evaluators that, when they value papers, they should understand that they are dealing with life of students.

I would like to bring to everybody's notice about the irregularities that is happening in ALAGAPPA UNIVERSITY and furthermore a very very distressing struggle of a single student and I believe most of the students are facing almost the same issue.

1- From the 1st year there were no classes conducted what-so-ever, when asked, the study centre their responses are "WE DO NOT HAVE ANY VENUE TO CONDUCT CLASSES AND AS IF YOU SCORE 100%" which is very very rude, lethargic and just not bothered about anything.

2- So I wanted to contact the University about the same but the contact numbers (given in the website) are just ringing and nobody ever picks up the phone, Which is an absolute waste of time. After about trying for 3 - 4 days One person finally
picked up and gave controller of examination number which never existed and I called him again and informed that the number is not working. He again gave another number and I tried the number which keeps ringing and nobody ever picks up. I got fed-up and called him once again to inform the same, but he said that "YOU ARE A STUDENT AND YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND ON TOP OF THAT IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO HAPPEN YOU SHOULD TRY UNTIL YOU DIE" what kind of response is that...? and he works for the university, which is just unbelievable...

3- During the 3rd year the marks were supposed to be published online in their official website by mid July 2011 but it was not published on-time and when I mailed (on 06 Aug 2011) the university they replied saying that the marks are published already but it was not really published as I have the screen shot on the same day (on 06 Aug 2011) when they replied to me.

So I mailed them back again and they sent me a reply with my marks information from their Official database also with an error as they left-out (a subject missing from the official mark-statement issued by the University) one subject of mine which is 3.6 Lab : Visual Basic and oracle (PRACTICALS). So I contacted my so-called study centre to enquire about the left-out PRACTICALS but they simply said that they (University) were the ones who made the mistake so contact them. So I mailed University again and they sent me ANOTHER PHYSICAL HARD COPY Mark-Sheet corrected.

4- Last and the more serious and worst things ever happened to me when I raised a grievance (through the University website) on the official website (http://www.alagappauniversity.ac.in/au_grievances.php) about the classes that were not conducted and the attitude of the study centre people. In About 2 weeks I was THREATENED by a person who came home and THREATENED that I should withdraw the complaint that I made on the study centre. I immediately gave him the withdrawal letter not becoz I was scared, simply becoz I was told that the issue will be sorted out and the classes will be conducted for sure and the previous papers will be cleared somehow.

But till date nothing ever happened and absolutely no change, its all the same and worse.

5- My 3rd year completed on May 2011 so I appeared to write my arrears of 6papers (3theory and 3practicals) on Dec2011 but only 4 have been cleared and remaining 2(Theory) I have to Re-Appear again on May2012 but the best part is that the University or the study centre never notified me as to when I have to make the exam fee payment or when the exam starts as usual and when asked they said that its the University's job not our's, as usual the "BLAME GAME...".

I also understand that being a student I should never really stand against MY GURUKULAM i.e. My University (the holy place that gives me knowledge) but when a University threatens me with a GOONDA I think I can stand against them legally, unfortunately that gives me a good-enough reason to seek legal assistance.
