[Resolved]  Alagappa University, Karaikudi — M.Phil Viva Voce

Dear Sir

With due respect we want to bring to your notice that I am the student of M.Phil (Library and Information Science) Directorate of Distance Education, Alagappa University enrolled through IITMH, New Delhi (Study Centre) in 2006 Session vide Enrolment No.[protected]. I further want to bring to your kind notice that I have passed all the papers and submitted my dissertation report personally on 20th Feb.2009 at IITMH, New Delhi (Study Centre) but till now no intimation about the Viva Voce had been received.

In this connection you are kindly requested to look into the matter personally and send me
the communiqué whether the university had received our dissertations or not. If, yers intimate me about the viva voce at the earliest.
