[Resolved]  Alcatel Mobile — SERVICE CENTER NOT RESPOND

I have a Alcatel Mobile (QT-802) having mentioned "services by Yahoo" behind the mobile, suddenly the charger is not charging the mobile it shows " bad charger connected" what do i do, whereas i tried to contact Co. but there were no proper feedback from Co. side.
please do the needful and solve my problem.
