[Resolved]  Alcatel / 4030d Aurus Ii — Handset not yet received

Sir, i had purchased a handset i.e Alcatel4030D Aurus II on 26/04/2013. a fault had occoured after three days of purchase. I consulted service center on 01/05/2013 for my issue, they submitted my handset and told for repairing it even it is in seven days replacement warrenty. till its around a month i havent recieved my handset.

When ever i call service center for status of my mobile they only say contact to costomer care for details [protected]. On this toll free no. the executives do not help and give no particular answers for my request.
