So far my experience with Alliance has been good and I'm planning to book a villa from their next project at Chennai.
Please stop mis guiding about good relation with Alliance.
Another BIG issue that popped up about the project few weeks ago.
The fraud company all these years was hiding critical information about Orchid Springs project. The main entrance road inside the project belongs to govt and it was something never told to the buyers. Now its not a gated community and any one can come in and go out since the entrance approach road is open public road and EB office of the area is inside the Orchid Springs project. Expect all class of people coming in and out to pay their EB bills.

Be careful with agreement handing over the plot conditions after getting the all approvals 24 months and 6 months grace period. At the time of handing over approvals received in early days but same time at the time of booking all approvals received. They changing the words according to their continence. Ant body going to buy alliance project property mention the date of handing over. Don't forget this be very careful with agreement. That never bothered about customer care. Very poor.

It shows their inefficiency on constructing the project and they are taking 10+years to complete this and that too with lot of defect. Why do they do business if they are not capable to give the good product. They should be forced to stop running any project. Not seen such a fraud builder so far.

They cheat and charge interest 24% even if they never sent any notice to the owners, now they threaten that they will not hand over the apartment. Please dont buy from this builder any properties. All owners must join together and file a legal case of cheating.
I was a frequent visitor to this blog to collect more information about Alliance Group. My intention was to buy a villa in Alliance Humming garden; this blog made me prepared for the worst since I already own an apartment. I took courage to invest in them for a long term returns. To my surprise the staff was very helpful and responsive to me. I am blessed in that term. And I also think they have realized their mistake.
I am sorry for people who went through bad times with them. Humming Gardens got their DTCP approval today and construction has started. I felt to share this note, just to say Alliance is getting better. I am still keeping my fingers crossed for the quality! Hopefully they correct it too.

Visited the site yesterday. Construction has not yet started. There is only a model villa and way back on the site some hundreds of coconut trees, which they plan to cut down, clear the land and eventually start construction - at least a month from now imho. One rule of thumb - if a builder failed in his earlier projects, it is better to keep away.
Pathetic is a gross understatement. These buggers are so opaque that they can beat the politicians hollow in giving vague answers. I already own a flat and have had my bit of learnings in life and hence I was armed with a checklist and questionnaire - Trust me - Out of 75 odd points, they could give clear cut answers for just 4. All they could say was "Sir if you are willing to pay in one shot, we will give you a decent discount over and above the 5000+ rates quoted in newspapers & email campaign... So basically they are looking at exiting their inventory at around 4K psqft.. Something is fishy
Dear All, Please don't get into trap. Buying Humming gardens is up to your wish but I want to share my bitter experience. The project is not worth to the money they are quoting. Initially the marketing people were friendly, I even liked the project. They told me that only one house is vacate if you not booking today you may lose it. Kamalakannan AGM was the one dealing with me and told you can cancel the booking if you don't like and he promised me that will refund 1Lakh in that case . I have given them the cheque to Prem who is his junior at that day night 11PM. Next week end my parents came for visiting the site and they told it is therukuthu which is not auspicious to buy. After long discussion literally fight no one in my family happy to book that home so I emailed for cancelling in a week of time. Still no proper response from anyone for refund. I will followed through phone, email and Whatsapp. No professional behaviour. Please think twice before booking.

Recently visited the orchid site, though there was delay..happy to see amenities ready with good progress...worth my wait!
they are totally fxxxing bxxxxxeds money is what they want. no ethics or professionalism also there employees you CAN NOT expect service from these people. they try to find ways to calculate interest stupid fellows. I hope god will punish these people.
I visited Orchids project this Sunday and I felt I was in an island. At 5 pm on a hot summer day there was wind and temperature was few degrees lesser than at my home in Anna Nagar. I made a right choice buying a home in Orchids and I cant wait to move. Phase-2 handing over is delayed and my tower is expected to be handed over only in November and I cant wait to move into my home.

Can any one suggest/feedback about Humming gardens project of Alliance near OMR. Seems these guys are in problems of Approvals and project execution.
I have booked villa in mid of Jan 16, till now not yet started the construction. As per recent updates, these guys are now coming with new plan with increased budget(new proposals) and asking us to cancel old and write new agreement.
Can I continue or cancel the agreement?
Are these guys really got all Approvals?
Are they going to start the project and finish it up?

I am also in the same situation. I've booked villa last year. They are now asking 20% extra cost than what I've booked.
