[Resolved]  Alliance Builders, Chennai — Lack of transparency. Holding of interest free deposits and 'progress payments'

Hi Friends,

I visited the Humming Gardens site yesterday (23 Oct) to explore if I can invest in that property after getting interested in a Farm type Villa. Here I want to share some of my experience and feedback:

1. The sales executive showed me the DTCP approval copy for the project, I need to check with the relevant authorities.
2. Location wise, it is well situated just a little away from the Kelambakkam junction
3. My biggest concern was on the overall layout. They claim that it is 32 acres property, in that for close to 9 acres it will be a farm with mango trees etc. Right now, the project launched is in about 12 acres with 3 acres of garden/farm.
But I understand that these farm/garden thing that they are advertising as their USP, is actually the OSR (Open Space reservation) which they should hand over to the Govt for the common use. So these 'Farm' spaces are not exclusive space meant for Humming Garden inmates/owners. Anybody can come and use it, play there, etc.
4. They are also intending to convert the front portions along the road as commercial spaces so we need clarity on how much they intend to construct for commercial purpose
5. Though the model villa they showed was looking good (as always), I drove inside the property and saw the foundation of some of the row houses and ind villas opposite the coconut trees. It was looking like a shabby work!
6. Cost wise, at this point, my take is it is highly priced!
7. Finally, please factor their past and ongoing projects and get to know the experiences of the current customers, before investing.

As for me, I am not going for this.

Any comments about buying a plot in alliance villa Belvedere in oragadam(vallakottai).I feel it is worth to buy in terms of cost!! But any other comments about other issue like maintenance cost, free to build our own house and selling the house etc.Please comment.

Pathetic!! Pls don’t have any deals with Alliance. No 1 fraudster!!! Only after taking possession we noticed that some tiles were broken when complained they said they won’t do anything. Not only this multiple times I have been harassed and ill treated by the staff.

Pls go to Shoba, Mantri, Prestige or Hiranadhani group.

The company has hoodwinked 100s of customers. they are sitting on the money of investors and are now advertising about express delivery. All consumers are advised to beware of this project.

Alliance galleria - Fake promise delayed construction


I came to this contruction in 2014 and was told by the sales person Alliance Builders that the delivery will happen in Dec 2014 . But till date the construction is going on. And the construction quality is also below par.
Fake promises, now with RERA and the Aug 2021 completion date that is 7 years more than the original promised date. Please go visit and decide. But my suggestion to all is better not to waste your time and hard earned money on this Alliance Galleria project.

Alliance Group the worst buider. Doesn't provide any amenities promised. The construction and material used are substandard. Only interested in collecting money. Don, 't ever think of falling prey to this builder's advertising gimmicks

Worst ever customer support I have ever seen in my life. To get the refund of the money people treat you like dogs. If you guys wanted to become a reputed builder better handle Customers properly.I sent a cancellation email two months ago and still I had to beg with these people to Get back the money .CRM poorani will never respond to the calls will never answer your emails. Beware of jasmine springs project they only milk you with words until you book.

Sir we booked viila to alliance humming garden due to inconsistency in prices we want the refund amount...they asked cash of 40 lakhs which we were not interested to have any dealing with fraudsters
