The General Manager Amaron batteries Sir, Sub: Explode/Blast of Amaron battery -Reg Adverting to the above cited subject, Marine Fisheries Research and Information Centre, Ankola, Karnataka, India have purchased the amaron battery it is one of the world largest battery manufacturer company. The serial no. of the battery[protected], 80 AH, 12 Volt capacity Date 26th April 2007. All off sudden 8th Feb 2010 battery was exploded/blasted due to no reason, hence it will damage my computer UPS, and other equipments. Hence I request you kindly replace the new battery and full fill the lost during the ballast. Dear Sir,

Refer to subject, We SreeMuruga Agencies (C&F RAMCO Cements, SREEMURUGA Transports, Distributors of BHARTI AIRTEL LTD., Reliance Communications, & BLACK PEARL PROJECTS & DEVELOPERS PVT LTD.) We have been using AMARAON Batteries in most of our vehicles since long. We transport Cement from Tamilnadu to Kerala regularly. On 23/05/2015 a battery on one of our truck was exploded all of sudden while vehicle is running and vehicle got struck on midway, we replaced the battery and brought back the vehicle.We have made a thorough check of vehicle's charging system for any chance of Overcharging or any short circuit but it was found no faults. And same vehicle has been running with other battery till now with-out showing any faults. From this it is very clear that the battery was exploded due to some reason with the design or manufacturing fault. The serial no. of the battery AAH[protected](AAM-HW-NTX00D04R, 150 Ah, 12 Volt.battery was exploded due to no reason, and luckily there was no human injury and damage to the vehicle, Hence I request you kindly replace with new battery.

We have approached local distributor for the same issue but we did not get any positive responds. We are a regular customer of AMARON battery, at present most of our our vehicles are using AMRON Battery.
Being one of your valuable customer we expect your prompt action on this issue as earlier as possible.
