[Resolved] Amul Icecream (Cake Magic) — Charging more than MRP | |||
Dear Sir, The product Cake Magic, (ice cream), the MRP of which is Rs. 200/-- is being sold by all the Amul parlours throughout mumbai, thane & vashi at a rate of not less than Rs.350 to Rs 500 per cake.. We love this cake very much but would not like to pay a penny extra than the MRP. Can you please find a solution to this problem. Can we order this cake online? Please let us know. Even I experienced the same thing in Malad(West) amul parlour, 6 months I bought a black forest Icecream cake (1kg) for Rs 550/- today on 17th October 2013 I called firstly they said whole cake is not available only pieces would be given, then I said I need 2 kg of cake, then he asked me to wait & will confirm. I still waited coz we in the family & at the office are fond of that cake, even knowing we are paying much higher than the MRP.After waiting 5 mins on line he is asking me the price of the cake when I had bought it last from the same place. I was suprised to hear this sort of question & fooling customers only coz they want to earn some amount of it. I request the company some serious action to such type of frauds as you are losing out your customers, your so many years of prestigous reputation because of such money eater dealers. Also requesting you to make available some option for customer like for online order & quick delivery.

Actually its very true, I stay in Thane -w, for first time we tasted the cake and buy full cake @ Rs. 750/- from AMUL outlet at Big Mall in Kasarwadawli above hypercity in food court after two days we been to hypercity the MRP was Rs. 350/-, when we asked the Amul franchise that the actual MRP is 350/- and you are selling at 750/- that to double the rate he argued and said it will be other and changed the topic when we tried to take pic of the box as in that same box MRP. is not mentioned, he avoided and snatched that box and misbehaved . I also request AMUL to look in the matter and check how the dealers and franchise fool people which indirectly affecting the brand.
