[Resolved] Andhra Bank Hyderabad — Misguidance and Delay of Fund transfer | |
Details of Transaction: On date: 20/JAN/2010 my friend Dr.Pradeep Kumar Maurya has transferred a Sum of Rs10,900/- (Ten thousand Nine Hundred rupees only) from His ICICIBank account no:[protected] to my Account with Andhra bank ,Indo-american Cancer Institute and Research Centre Extension counter,Banjara Hills ,Hyderabad (A/c no: [protected]) with Debit card number:[protected] via VISA transfer and Till date i.e;27/JAN/2010 i have not been Received the said amount to my Account. I had a very bad experience with your Call centre pupil who without Mercy and Knowledge and Minimum Common sense o[censored]nderstanding Customers Grievance Have given me A BULL OF 26 phone numbers i.e; One person if i call that person without understanding my problem Gives me another number and asks me to call them.Of this famous personality of Ill behaviour is M/S Sanchitha who has no minimum knowledge to assist Customers and Talks irrelevant language with Customers. the amount was not funded till 27/JAN/2010 Evening and faced a lots of problem to handle the issue with Andhra bank UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES who cant even Respond to Customer Queries in CORRECT MANNER. I had issued a cheque dated 20/JAN/2010 to HDFC bank for Rs10,493/- (ten thousand four hundred and ninty three rupees only) and due to the Irresponsive Behaviour of the Andhra bank,i faced lots of problem to Arrange the Money and Deposit that amount in a difficult period of Month Ending. Kindly teach them a better lesson and also guide me to file a complaint against my Mental stress with the bank. Was this information helpful? | |

I V.NARSHIMA MURTHY BEARING ANDHRA BANK , B.N.REDDY A/C NO : [protected]
WENT TO DRAW AMOUNT AT PHASE IV OF VANASTHALIPURAM BRANCH , ANDHRA BANK.
I INSERTED MY ATM CARD TO DRAW RS, 4000/- , WHEN I TYPED MY PIN NO , THEN THE ATM SCREEN HAD GOT SHAKING
AND AFTER A FEW SECONDS, MY ATM CARD AND RECEIPT CAME OUT, BUT THE MONEY HAD NOT COME.
BUT IT GOT THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
WHEN I SAW THE RECEIPT , THERE WAS ONE MOBILE NO IN IT ( [protected] )
I WAS CONFUSED WHY THAT NUMBER CAME ON MY RECEIPT WITHOUT DRAWING THE CASH FROM ATM
ATM TRANSACTION NO WAS[protected] AT 5:29 PM, ON 2/1/2011.
I HAD GIVEN A COMPLAINT ON 3/1/2011 MONDAY IN B.N.REDDY BRACH, THEY TOLD TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN 15 DAYS
THE COMPLAINT NO : ([protected]).
BUT WHEN I CONTACTED TODAY , THEY ARE TELLING IRESSPONSSIBLE ANSWERS, IN CARELESS MANNER.
FIRST OF ALL TELL UR EMPLOYEES HOW TO BEHAVE WITH THE CONSUMERS, WITHOUT US THERE IS NO BUSSINESS FOR U.
SO, PLEASE KINDLY TAKE THE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY
AND SEE THAT THE MONEY IS BACK TO
MY ACCOUNT AND OBLIGE.
