[Resolved] Andhrabank — IRCTC Transaction Failure | |||
Dear Sir, Sub: Request for refund of amount debited to my account - ATM Card (Andhra Bank) [protected] - IRCTC failed tkt transaction id: [protected]. On 8th Jam 2012 I have booked train ticket (e-ticket) through irctc.co.in. But the transction was failed as the irctc have not received payment from bank. This irctc has also confirmed by their reply to my email. However, on net banking I found that an amount of Rs.910/- for the above transaction has been debited to my account.
