DEAR SIR,On sunday 04/07/2010 I have made online transaction of Rs.7721 /- from my sbi card to buy apollomunch easy health standard ploicy. the amount was debited from my sbi card . but apollomunich didnot respond to me neither policy number nor any contact have been made by those people I contact them today 7/7/2010 with full transaction deatails the person in call centre didnot even able to trace my name and proposal no.so my question is if the amount is debited from my credit card towards buying the policy and if insurance company didnt issue any policy then where the money goes actually

can any one will help me on this issue

Even I am disappointed with Apollo Munich. They deducted the amount from my account first time, did the health check up and then sent the refund cheque to a wrong address entered by them. The second time they said we will do this policy, took the payment again, did the health checkup and then again no news of policy. If we ring up the person, he either disconnects the phone or says I will reply in ten minutes and then does not reply at all. He promised he will recover our first cheque also but neither first cheque nor the policy. If we call up their seniors, they ask us to call back to the person who collected the cheque. We have negative feedback for this company and will take some action against them now. I suggest that no one should take any health policy from Apollo Munich. It is a disorganised company with a bunch of employees who are putting their reputation at stake with their irritating behavior.

Apollo has worst service ever. They only know how to garner money from people through various cheeky agents that they pay heaftily. Once you are done with the payment they snub you. Their employee are fruit loops and they simply know to say a loud "NO" Those stingy outlaws refused to pay me a paltry some of 160 Rs that they owed me towards Pre Polict check and then went onto reject the claim in a absurd manner.

I am afraid but we all once made a horrendously wrong choice selecting Apollo Munich as our insurance provider. hmm ...
