[Resolved] Appco Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd / Reliance Big Tv — deficiency of service | |||
Mr.Sitanshu sekhar panda representative of appco mktg. has visited home on 23.10.2010. took payment (Cheque no.503025 drawn on ICICI Bank, banjarahills, for Rs.2780/- ) for connection of two standard version of reliance big tv with 3 months subscription free for both tvs Gold pack, but connection was given to me after two months on 27.12 2010 after so much of follow up. That too with two months subscription of bronze pack instead of 3 months gold pack.Now whenever i call them they don't lift the phone or say they will call back after 5 minutes and never turn up. The engineers also collected Rs.400/- cash at the time of installation as lifetime activation of smart card. when i call the reliance toll free number they say they are not responsible for connection taken from appco. Reliance India Mobile — deficient service
I am owning RIM no-91-[protected]. I am not able to call to a particular destination to all the landline nos(BSNL STD code-06478). I am facing this problem from around past 3-4 months.Initially i thought it is due to network congestion.But even after trying to make call 100 times when i was not able to get through, I made a complaint.It was solved after around ten days after enough reminders.Second time i made a call around 20days back.Daily i receive a call from the operator asking if it is solved.Once i say no, they say that it is being forwarded to technical deparment.This process is continuing from last 10 days(As against a commitment of 72 hrs.)I am clueless as to what to do.
