[Resolved] Appco Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd — CUSTOMER CHEATING

My name is "Sunita Jadhav". 13 to 15 days before a man named "JATIN JETHVA" came to my home.He introduced himself as big tv marketing employee.He demand a cheque of Rs,1490/- for the big tv connection and said that the connection will installed within 5 to 7 days.He also asked that a confirmation call will come to your mobile from big tv customer care.I gave him a cheque of 1490/- of ICICI BANK.After two days the cheque has been cleared and the said amount deducted from my account.But till date[protected] no confirmation call came from big tv and also no connection installed on my home.when i contact to the person "JATIN JETHVA" he replied that i can't do anything in this case.you will have to wait for the connection as this is the problem from big tv..when i demand for my money back "JATIN JETHVA" was replying that it is not possible "jo karna hai kar lo"
Please help me as now I want my money back

My name is "Amit D Shah". 18 to 20 days before a man named "GANESH RAJ" (mobile number - [protected])came to my office.He introduced himself as big tv marketing employee.He demand a cheque of Rs, 5990/- for the big tv connection and said that the connection will be installed within 5 days.He also asked that a confirmation call will come to your mobile from big tv customer care.I gave him a cheque of 5990/- of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK.After three days the cheque has been cleared and the said amount deducted from my account and i received the confirmation call after the cheque has been cleared. But till now there is no installation has been done and the representative "GANESH RAJ" is not bothered to pick up my call. Pls tell me what to do to receive my money back and i am not interested in this connection.

My Name is sudheer, in the same pattern one guy came to our office and took the chq for Rs.1490/- and he is not responding. How to compline. They took money through chq and how this people are cheating?
we must take some action on this fellows.

Please help guy name vishal Rajpoot contact number ([protected]) from Thane Appco marketing, has been to my residence and offer me a plan for 9 months and took cash from me Rs 1190, and told me that ill get the new dth dvr. He also informed that ill get the call on my cell phone and new smart card number..but he gave me false information. Now he is not picking my phone please help.
