Still i am not getting the my money agaist complaint. how to know whether APSRTC read the complaint or not

months going on. still problem is not solved. how we can agree the peoples are doing job like this. I submitted complaint months back. i am not expecting solution only against my problem. Still i am unable to whether complaint received by APSRTC or not
we tried to book tickets online on 10 December our money got debited but tickets did not get booked.After half a month we did not get our money back.I am sending our account transactions in PDF file.Please refund us as soon as possible.

On 7th of JAN 2015 after 11:30 I booked one ticket from ongole to BHEL Keertimahal.420 Rupees deducted from my hdfc credit card account but ticket not booked.after this again I booked this time the ticket booked but what about the first transaction when can I get my money back? it`s happen one and half month back.still i did n't get my money back.even i was given complaint and i called customer care number of times they are not responding properly. my complaint id is Ticket ID :236204 and my user id is skbeerala. Please do the needful things.
