AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BUT NO TICKET AND NO REFUND SO FAR.

I booked ticket to TIRUPATI from BANGALORE from APSRTC online on dated 4/03/2011 BUT after transaction commited the message appeared like your booking is failed and i also noticed that the amount was deducted from account Rs 606.I logged my transaction number as OB668632.

I called to customer care number.I could not get line till today.

I request you to arrange me booked amount Rs 606/- as early as possible.

Deduction of amount Rs. 300

i booked 2 tickets in APSRTCONLINE.IN through my SBI CREDIT CARD. but in my CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT there was 3 times deduction of fares insted of two times.please give me a suggestion to retrieve the amount which was deducted
