[Resolved] APTECH LTD — PF Not Cleared | |||
Dear sir I had worked in Aptech Ltd from 2004 to may 2010. After that i have resigned. Then i have filled my PF withdrawl form and submitted to my employer i.e.Aptech Ltd. The employer has sent me the receipt of PF form submission in PF deptt. The submission date is 08-july-2010. But till date my amount has not been cleared in my account. whenever i contact to my employer, they say that kindly contact to PF deptt, out duty has been finished after giving the receipt to you. when i want to contact PF deptt, no body is picking up the phone. I had tried 7 numbers which was given by employer or on website. I have lodged a complaint on site but no response. Now i am frustrated from both deptt. either Aptech Ltd or PF deptt. Aptech Ltd. — Status of PF
PF CLAIMS PENDING FOR 60 DAYSR/ sir
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know the status of my P.F. Withdrawal.Application was filled up in Mumbai at The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Sub accounts Office, Sector No.3, Plot No. 222, Charkop Poisar Road, 34, Kandivali (W), Mumbai - 400 067. on 29-December-2008 through Aptech Ltd.
My A/C No. is MH/45434/94
When I tried contacting Aptech Ltd., they told me that my PF Withdrawal claim is settled on[protected]. However I have still not received any money in my bank nor any letter from the PF office stating so.
I request you to kindly check into the matter.
