Not received the Certificates which were changed in the lieu of Certificate no 370273 and more

Dear Sir,
I had the share certificates of Aptech LTD redg folio 01014412 I had gone for the Dematerlisation at SHCIL .
They said you had issued the new Certificates against the holding of these certificates so these certificate will not dematerlise ask for the new one from u .It is my request pls look my matter and solve it as soon as possible .

I had the share certificates of Aptech LTD redg folio 01014412 I had gone for the Dematerlisation at SHCIL .

Dear sir
I had worked in Aptech Ltd from 2004 to may 2010. After that i have resigned. Then i have filled my PF withdrawl form and submitted to my employer i.e.Aptech Ltd. The employer has sent me the receipt of PF form submission in PF deptt. The submission date is 08-july-2010. But till date my amount has not been cleared in my account. whenever i contact to my employer, they say that kindly contact to PF deptt, out duty...

Please cancel my post paid number - [protected] as I had to face innumerable problems regarding the bills which were not delivered to me in time, inspite of making several complains at the customer care
Due to this horrible service of Airtel, I WANT THE DESCONNECTION TO BE DONE TODAY AS I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE FULL PAYMENT OF RS. 2252.00
IN CASE THIS IS NOT DONE HENCEFORTH I WILL BE NOT...
