[Resolved] Aquaguard Classic — AMC from 2007, Not working-not attended by service engineer | |
Not working - not attended by service engineer From S.Manivannan ( [protected] ) Chennai. We have bought Eureka forbes Aquaguard - Classic water purifier 3 years before from your Sales personnel ( Vinayagam - [protected] ). We have taken AMC during sep-2007. No one came till date after the commencement of AMC. At present the purifier was not working from Dec-08. During Dec-08 we have made complaint in Service cell. They have given Complaint no.80797168 and informed us that they will attend the job by next day. We have made several calls to the service center and got the same reply that it will be attended in a day or two. We also informed that this problem will be taken up with the consumer court. After then no response till date. Tell me what should i do now. Shall i file a case at consumer court. Please send your service engineer to attend the job immediately.
