[Resolved] Aquaguard Classic — No providing of second free service | |
Dear Sir, I have bought a classic model aquaguard on 09.02.2009 at Bhubaneswar,Orissa. During this period as per company's warranty free service, I got only one free service instead of two free service. One phone call was received from aquaguard service centre, Bhubaneswar for AMC. At that time I asked for second free service, but they denied to do this. Which is I supposed to get the same. Kindly look into this matter as early as possible. Classic Aqua Guard — No Servicing Done
I have made a AMC for 2 years and have not got any servicing in the past 7 months. The water is coming dirty and the children have to drink the same.I have also made complaints and there seems to be no response from anyone.
