[Resolved] Aquaguard Classic — No power | |||
Aquaguard classic: It is not working for last two weeks. Contact with J Ahmed of Tinisukia branch office. I Have two year maintenance contract from 03/01/2011 to 02/01/2013. what is the reason for not attending the problem. I am very sorry to say that the service provided by your company is very poor. To solve a customer problem it should not take so much of time. I will go for consumer court if not solve within two day. J Ahmed told me that spare is not provided from Guwahati office. Very ridiculous comment. Is it like that? you should remember that I paid money for the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
