[Resolved] Aquaguard - Classic / Water Purifier — service contract/No response for service | |||
We purchased Aquaguard Classic for purification of water and we made service contract with Eureka Forbes, the company which produce Aquaguard water purifier. But whenever we call the service centre at Tiruchi or Thanjavur no response from the other side. When we approached the authorised Service contract person for Aquaguard at Thanjavur M/S Ultra Services, Franchise of Eureka Forbes Ltd situated at 15, Sundari Complex, I Floor, Balaji Nagar, MG Road, Thanjavur 613 007, one service person came , attended service and asked service charge Rs. 200/. When we showed the service contract (AMC) to that person which is live upto[protected], he was not ready accept and was demanding Rs. 200/- and finally got Rs. 100/- and went out. Why should we pay when the AMC is live and the Eureka Forbes service centre is never responding to a service call from a customer. I think they might have changed their number and the false number is given to the customers. What is Eureka Forbes doing? Was this information helpful? | |||

aquaguard water purifier classic — no response
my contract receipts no17045029,last five years regularly renewing the contract. two weeks backthe aquaguard was repaired, the repaire was not attend from the tirunelveli service centre.
I decided to go to consumer court very soon.
what is the use of having contract with you.

Water purifyer Classic — Poor Service
Dear Sir/MadamMy water purifier machine is not working from morning 20th August 2008. I made a complain in the local office Guwahati, Assam for repairing on the same time and date. It may be noted that I have done Annual Maintenance Contract. 20th August may be considered for not coming any service engineer because of Bharat Bandh. On 21st August also, no body has come though I took half-day CL from my office for the same purpose. After making several calls, one service engineer named Mr. Karma Das came and told me that the machine needs one sparts to repair and he will come in the afternoon. I made a ring call to the concerned person when he said he is coming shortly since he is nearby to our destination. But he has not come in time and again I made ring call to know why he is not coming, he replied the sparts is not available. My question is if parts are not available, he told me he is coming when I called him first time on 22th August. If the Company can not give service in time why we should make AMC? This is not the case happend only once. It happens each and every time when service is required. Even in the last year when I refuse to make AMC for financial crisis, they tool money from my colleque and made the contract. This year also they bound me to do AMC instead of financial shortage. They come at home again and again and force us to do the same. It seems they need only money, they want to extort money from customers but when require, they do not give service.
Now, my questions are:-
1. Why I should not publish this type of events in the newspapers?
2. Why you should not take any legal action against those of people who force us to make AMC but do not give proper service.
