[Resolved] Aquaguard — did not address my complaint regarding broken tap of water purifier | |||
• I bought Springfresh DX RO waterpurifier from aquaguard in Dec 12. Its still within warrenty period. On dt. 2.8.13 the water dispenser ( tap) broke. I called the costumer care of the company on the same day. My complain was registered. Complain No. is 72543009. I was assured that the mechanic will be send within 2 to 3 days and we will have to bear the cost of the water dispensing apparatus . Nobody was send to do the repair work. Thereafter I called the company people twice and every time we were assured that they will send someone within 1 or 2 days to do the repair work. But till date nobody turned up to address the complain. At my home we use water from borewell which is very saline n inpalatable . Since the tap is broken we have to buy mineral water for our daily use. All this is causing great incovenience to us and added monitery burden. Please look into the matter ASAP.
