I purchased an Aqua guard product last year,e-boiling water purifier for my house.
Since one month after the purchase I have been having leakage problems.The first time the complaint was attended to after a few calls and two days.
This time though after having complained many several times to the customer care,local office and customer care head of the concerned are -A Mr Lalit,I was told he will get back in 5 min.Its been two days today and I am still waiting with my problem, waiting for it to be corrected.
