[Resolved] Aquaguard Enhance — Water Purification not happening | |||
Hi, I'm Mohan from Chennai([protected]). I'm writing this complaint out of high frustration. I purchased the Aquaguard Enhance RO purifier nine months ago. Till now, there had been issues with machine, there had been services happening many a times. Even now the machine is not working, Every month the machine stops working and I have to run behind the customer care and service engineers. Service and Customer Care: The worst part of entire world. They never respond to our queries, atlast I happen to get one service engineer number. His name is Sathish([protected]), this person doesn't have any insight of machine, he had actually spoiled the machine. Now he is telling that that filters would have been damaged and I need to pay for the filters, even within the warranty period. If someone, is not responding to my complaint. I have decided to take this up to the consumer court for cheating us in giving a faulty product and with improper service technician. Was this information helpful? | |||
