i have bought a new Aqua guard gold nova water purification system on23rd september 2008 [Inova gold] at chennai adambakkam..
the next day i found the start electric button was not functioning properly on 24th.september 2008. till date i have made six complaints about it. three persons visited and only told the button requires REPLACEMENT. only promise is made. but NOT REPLACED. about a repeated about a week back I was given a customer ID as [protected]. i was also told to inform my complaint in futur e referring this ID. I want action . i cannot hold the start button with my finger or by stick, till the filling of vessels. NOW FIRST SERVICE is due since Expiry of 3 months.
