I have bought an Aquaguard I-Nova e-boiling model one & half years back from Kolkata & currently I am based out of Hyderabad. I have taken a comprehensive AMC contract for this product a year back & currently the product is just not operating for the last one month. I have registered the first complaint on 7th Jan 2009 & thereafter made several calls at the Company's 24 hour helpline but without any resolution. Even I do not receive any calls from any Service technician & now I am looking at escaling this thru mass communication channels as I have realised that there is no point calling up the Customer Service center.
