[Resolved] Aquaguard - Reviva R. O. — after sale service not up to mark | |
I have purchased AQUAGUARD-REVIVA R.O. on 01/03/2008.company's representative assured good after sale service.Its divisional sales office at 23, Red Cross BHawan, The Mall Road, Ludhiana has been reminded many times for quartrly service/cleaning but in vain.I never recommend to purchase EUREKA FORBES products because they do not bother about customer service/after sale service. We have purched RO system in the name of Akhil Bharatvarshiya Digamber Jain Parishad, Pkt. No. 104, Kalkaji Extension, Near Aggarwall Dharamshala, New Delhi- 110019 under Code No. GWPDRVTV10000 D.C. No. 17640092, Order No.[protected] dated 28.2.2011.
The above RO System in not working. Inspite of Reminder to Delhi office (complaint No. 41607388 dt. 21.6.2011) no action has yet been taken. Kindly take action immeditaly in the matter.
