This is Chitra Marian and I am frustrated and have posted my complaint here hoping some ears and eyes will open and this email not to be treated as just another email.
I am surprised and ashamed to have purchased Aquaguard water purifier. The service and quality of people is the worse i have ever come across. I fail to understand the kind of people the Aquaguard management recruits, they simply dont understand the language.
After continuous follow ups and complaint regiter calls, they do not lodge the complaint. The next you call, the complaint is not registered. One will go mad with repeating every single detail, everytime you call.
All those staff who sit in the name of customer service team are part timers. Not worried or bothered about the reputation of the organization or neither responsible nor take ownership. Neither bothered about the money invested, since it is not from their pocket.
I had to speak to the customer service lady by name JHANSI for almost 20 to 25 mins waiting for her to escalate my call to her superior, but she just did not do so. Finally, she convinced saying that her person will call back within 1 hour and will speak with me. It is more than 24 hours now, neither has she called back, nor as promised her superior has called back, nor the service engineer has called.
ALL THE ADVERTISEMENT MADE BY AQUAGUARD IS & DAYLIGHT ROBBERY FROM THE CUSTOMER PROMISING ALL POSSIBLE. IN REALITY, THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEIR PEOPLE ARE FIT ENOUGH TO TAKE COMPLAINTS ON ROADSIDE. Was this information helpful? |
