[Resolved] Aquaguard Ro (Reviva) Water Purifier — POOR SERVICE forces to switch to KENT Water purifier | |||
I live in R-54, GaneshDham Colony, Nevada, Sunderpur, Varanasi purchased Aquagaurd water purifier RO Reviva in 2006 was very much satified but from last two years service has become so poor that because of these service people I am switching from aqugaurd to kent water purifier as the list of complaints is given below : - 1. After 10 to 15 calls later they attend the call. 2. They visit after 2 to 3 days after the complaint. 3. After they repair either on the same day or after few days problem again occurs. 4. Incompetent or inefficient untrained workers attained the complaints. 5. If problem repeatedly occurs then they don't bother to attained. This careless person is Mr.Ajay Roy who has the franchisee of Eureka Aquagaurd in our area.Can anybody do somthing about him ? Was this information helpful? | |||

REVIVA WATER PURIFIER — POOR SERVICE
THE WATER TAP ATTACHED TO THE TANK IS NOT WORKING AND THERE IS A SLIGHT OVERFLOWING OF WATER THROUGH THE TUBE EVEN AFTER STOPPAGE OF THE MACHINE.SINCE THE MACHINE HAS BEEN INSTALLED ABOUT 3-4 YEARS THERE APPEARS TO BE A NEED FOR CHANGE OF CYLINDER. I AM AN AMC HOLDER.
I HAVE BOOKED WITH THE LOCAL MADURAI OFFICE REGARDING THE ABOVE FOR SENDING THE TECHNICIAN. IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED CALLS NO PERSON HAS ATTENDED TO THE ABOVE EVEN AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK.
