i have purchased a ro water purifier system from your direct sale office on 17th november 2009 for rs.9,990/- and had a one year warrenty period with free service. but within the warranty period i got problem with AC-DC Adapter and it was replaced by the service department. again i got the same problem on 6th december 2010 which is a great headach for me . when i contact the service people , they said you have to purchase a new one for rs.1250/- which made me more sad and irritation. my question is that i have spend around rs.10,000/-for a branded product and within few months again i was forced in a position to spend another 1250/- which is aburden for me.whether they should solve the problem by changing free of cost or they should repair it and put. i was verymuch worried of this problem past one month without any solution.
