[Resolved]  Aquaguard Total Ro — it is not working properly

I have Aquaguard total RO. It is not working properly. The problem is that, when we start it, it automatically being on and off. And when I complaint about it in near dealer, he said take the purifier to shop. So please take quick action.

Aquagaurd Total I-Nova — Product Not Working Well

The said product is not working after the first service (after the six month of purchase) by the authorized service person.

The water is continuously leaking from outlet pipe eventhough it is switched off and thus water is not getting purified and bypassed while working.

The service person visited 3-4 times thereafter and still not sorted out the problem

1] I HAVE PURCHASED Aquaguard Total RO WATER PURIFIER 1 mounth ago i had given a Complaint for 1st Service but still i they have not seen .For past one 1 1/2 week .So dont buy this product.

Aquaguard Total RO — heavy water leakage after free service

There is haeavy leakage from pf noser (my water filter) since 27March 2010 when service person came for Eureka forbes for free service.

I do not know what he has done but after this free service, leakage problem started.

I have purchased Aquaguard RO Unit # 8022841,
Order # 001521, Date of invoice and installation 16/09/2007. Last
year, I have paid 3,660/- Rs amount to extend 1 year more
warrantly and to replace new filters. one person from
Aquagaurd came for first free service and after that water is flowing
from noser of water filter and I complained about this problem but no body
came to attend this problem after repeated complains.


Please do needful asap.

Otherwise I do not have any choice except ask help from consumer court.

I am also facing same problem. no body is attending complaint.
I got installed aq gd ro one and ahalf year back, now started leaking drop by drop, I lodged comlaint with M/s Dinesh Enterpses. Technician came and changed some fiter and housing, water still leaking after paying Rs 700+ .I think leakage problem was not addressed by the technician and other componets were changed causing wastage of Rs 700+. Kindly direect technician to attend the problem properly. Suraj Pal shankhwar Ymuna Nagar
