[Resolved] Aquaguard Total Sensa — Need Replacement, Poor Service | |||
My customer id is [protected] and my product is Aquaguard Total Sensa (SMP+) that I purchased on 21.9.2010. For past 6 months we have contacted your service center thrice. From the day you have installed this product, it is malfunctioning one or the other way. Your service engineers are clueless on how to deal with it. At this point of time the product is not functioning for past 15 days. And we are without drinking water. Therefore we need it's complete replacement and we are spearheading towards consumer court.
