[Resolved] Aquaguard Total Sensa — Horrible product with the most disgusting customer service | |
I had bought a new RO water purifier 3 weeks back, It worked fine for a week and since then it has completely stopped working. I have been repeatedly folloing up with the retailer (Dass Electricals) and have been calling up the Eureka Customer care. After 15 long days, I got a call today morning that the purifier will be replaced today. After waiting for the whole day, a lady from your company calls up and says that there is some nonsense problem and they cannot install it today. Now when I am trying to call back to the same number nobody is replying back......left for the day after screwing my entire day. MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS TO BUY THIS CRAP FROM EUREKA FORBES. They bost about being customer focussed but in reality they are not. Will never ever buy anything from Eureka!!! Its completely !!! Was this information helpful? | |
