Aquaguard Total Sensa — Delivered defective machine | |||
Dear Respected Sir/Madam, I purchased an Aquaguard Sensa on 4/1/2012 through your sales person. It was delivered on eight days later on 12/1/2012 and installed on 13/1/2012. The machine worked fine on that day, but the next day (14/1/2012) all the lights on the machine started flashing and it ceased to purify the water. My 2 year old daughter and I have fallen sick after drinking that water. The lights continue to flash and it appears that I was delivered a defective machine. I called the salesperson Yogesh Bhoite (Code No 9035385) but he isn't giving this issue serious attention and promises to replace the machine, but remains available most of the time. I filed a complaint with Eureka Forbes Customer Care (Complaint No.[protected] and they said they would send a repairman. Since I have been sent a defective machine, I do not want it repaired. Out of all fairness, I would like it to be replaced with a brand new working one or be refunded my amount of Rs. 17,900 + Rs. 450 for the stand. Since no one from your company seems to be giving this issue any attention, I sincerely request that you give this prompt attention. This is your high end model and it doesn't bode well that your company is sending defective machines out to customers, as quality of water cannot be compromised. Please respond immediately.
