[Resolved] Aquaguard — Warrant could not be claimed | |||
Am Rakesh, we bought aquaguard Total for Rs 14990 on[protected].The warrant card agreement states that 12 months from the date of installation the warranty will be applicable. Problem :- The machine did not work properly from the day it had been installed.Since we were confident that aquaguard would replace the machine ,we had logged a service compliant which was attended by a service men.But the problem continued,with repeated calls and monthly services the problem still persists. Now,if we call the aquaguard service men say that the warranty had expired and we need to pay 4000 for replacement. kindly provide us needed solution as soon as possible.
