Aquaguard Water Filter — Filter not replaced despite rising 5 complaints

This is Prasad, and I have raised a complaint with the Eureka Forbes customer care center for atleast 5 times to replace the filter of the aqua guard that I have purchased from them. There has been no response till date. Please look into this asap.

aquaguard water filter — Not attending the customers when they complaint

I have an acquaguard water filter. This was purchased after
seeing theit novel ads in T.V, papers etc. and on their goodwill.
But when it comes to the complaint part of it they never properly
attend the calls or attend the complaints quickly. I am really
regretting for having purchased the product.

I should say that their after sale service is very very very ...poor. I suggest the prospective buyers please ensure
after sale service..
