[Resolved]  Aquaguard — water is not coming from filter pipes due to blockage

I registered complained on 25 th Aug 2012 for blockage in side the filter and as a result water is and not coming but no officials has attended so far and water is not coming from the filter since 25 Aug 2012 , Today (27th Aug 2012) I talked over phones more than 5 times but till now nobody has attained the complain .
