Aquaguard Water Purifier — frequent non-functioning of product

The machine(model-Aqua Nova) was purchased in Aug.'2001, for the last 4 months, i'm facing a problem of frequent non-functioning of the machine.I also have an A.M.C. done.The local service centre(Garia, Kol-84) had sent a mechanic who has not been able to restore the machine.Now they have no solution to the problem.Should i take it up with the higher authorities to get the work done? Dear sir,

I am SUDALAI SURESH, L&T Manager, Padiyanallore. I was purchase the AQUAPURE RO NANO water purifier (before two months), when the machine was installed that day onwards the machine repair. I was compliant so many time to the customer care and service center also(complaint Number[protected]. Till the machine is not service and now the machine is not working.so, kindly change the machine (or) return the money to me.
