Never buy Aqua Guard products.They will come your home and will canvass you.Their products are substandard.I was cheated by Eureka Forbes just befor four months.I purchased an Aqua Guard water purifier(Classic) >That piece shown complaint for more than four/five times.They are Not answering service request.So Dont buy any of the products from Eureka Forbes Was this information helpful? | |||

M/c is not working properly, i feel that bad quality of M/c is supplied. Here in Local office nobody respond.

I AM resident from calicut city had problems with our water purifier unit the technician came and fixed the complaint.But after one week again the problem started now it is almost 1 week no tech has come to fix the problem.At present the service of Aqua guard is very poor once the product is bought they think their responsibility is over then they turn up only for collecting the money for AMC.I have been calling the service center 10 times daily since we are staying in an apartment it is very difficult for us.I WOULD ADVICE EVERYONE NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AS THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
