my water purifier r. o. machine is under comprehnsive service contract .after replacement of candels we could not get pure &sweet water which was assured by company representative at the time of purchase .. present RO machine was purchased against failure of ST 2000 model by providing pure and clear water. my st 2000 was also under comprehnsive servise contract then.so please repair this machine by providing original geniuene parts.
