My family has developed and irretation in the mouth. Doctor suggested due to water intake . There is no meter on the system that tells us the quality of water is below the standard. When it has reached we never know , we have to call the customer care to bring the instrument.
Now with all the problems we have become dependent on the product. Its a serious Business as we consume the water from the product. Though all the assurance is given while making the purchase. There no response from customer care.
I have requested for Service of my Aquasure Water Purifier. I had made the request two months back nobody turned up. Then I had started requesting starting 17th Sept 2010 till date 22nd Sept 2010 has turned up. Everytime the customer service says it has been escalated to higher managment.
I think we need the guys running the organisation should realise the business they are in and can lead to life time problems if there products are not rectified or added with features that cautions the customer. Every product that deals or will lead to health hazards should have indicators. Doesnt matter they charge more for it. Govt to enforce these instructions. Was this information helpful? |
