[Resolved] Aquasure — NO SERVICE | |||
I have complait on 24/09/12 for my Aquasure ivory water purifier, my complaint no is 68306661 but till date no body attend my complaint.and almost everyday i am calling customer care number but same answer we are attend you or give me one day time i am assure you,we forwarded your request etc..etc.. bad thing is that i have already paid AMC charges in advance so i have to bear this non sense things cos i think company is only sale there product but they are not interested in service. i suggest to everybody who want to buy water purifier please DO NOT PURCHASE AQUASURE PRODUCT thanks Mirali Was this information helpful? | |||

Already we complaint minimum five time from 15 days, every time serviceman come and said I have no filter or one filter we have but another one is out of stock. I can not understand why have they come without required parts? Only for visit for formalities. Please help me for resolve this issue.
