Like other bad luck people i also booked a plot in their so called Bhiwadi project, I have already paid 90% of the amount, but because of no progress, I applied for the cancellation in Aug 2012, they promised me to refund the amount after 6 months, but till now they have no answer, Company like Arun Dev Builders are a fraud no doubt and If Sahara Chief can be behind the bar then I am sure if we all come together then Arun Dev's MD Manoj Bhardwaj is a small man to be treated like that

I am sure hundreds of people must have applied for the refund and still waiting for the return

Dear Sufferers,
I am also one of the sufferer of this builder. Problem with this builder is that he has launched so many projects all together without any plan of funds to materialsize them. Their projects lying as waste lands highlighting the story of fraud done with their investors. I have one 116 yd2 independent house purchased in arundev city haridwar for investment in 2011, but due to poorest progress done in this area it holds no value as on date. Whole area looks haunted and deserted. They hv no money for developments, even they are not of capacity to remove the sand filled in all area due to Uttrakhand flood. No road is visible. All Houses made seems haunted. No person dare to go and live in this area. I hv taken more than 15 prospective buyers for selling my house but seeing the condition of area nobody dares to buy it even at 30% reduced price oof my purchase. Our hard earned investment are dead. Builder has no firm plan in his mind. All nearby localities are fast developing. Investors of nearby localities are enjoying but the people who trusted arundev are dead. Please count me also i[censored] investors r planning for complaining of this builder in court. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Our money is eaten by them so they shall also not enjoy of it and laughing on us as cheated poor people. Please do something to give lesson to such categories that are termites of prestigious development business.

I was booked 02 flats in bhiwadi projects which registration no. Is 61032 & 61067 in 2007 and the same projects is not complete on time. They inform me take refund of my amount which was paid. I was submitted all relevant documents for refund in Feb 2012.
But till date they are not return my amount which was paid.
They always give new date but refunds yet pending.

Yes the builder is cheater. The haridwara project has been cancelled by town & county planning, uttrakhand. I have also booked 2 plots of 100 sq yards with registered no 4586 & 5534 and deposited rs 340000/-. Now the builder is not rendfuing the amount.
