[Resolved]  Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd — False promises for delivering the new car

We had booked chevrolet Spark Dazzaling silver colour from Addis Marketing which in turn booked the vehicle with Ashtavinayak Auto on[protected]. After booking we were promised the delivery on Dasserra which they failed and gave the reason that the booked colour is not in production and this information was given to us just 2 days before the delivery. Upon this we wrote a mail to gmmotors vice president sales and they promised that they would do the needful to get the delivery on the said date. They also failed and didnt give us the delivry and tried to convinience us for some different colour which we refused because we didnt like any other colour. After a week we again went to the dealer and sine they showed the inability to get the desired colour we setteled for another colour chasmere for which they said that they would deliver on 23rd or 24th October on occassion of Diwali which also they failed and tried to convinience us for taking the lower model which was available with them and later they would upgrade the model later on to which we refused and said that we are not ready to do any more compromises. Then the CEO of the company Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd said us that if we can go to Pune and get the vehicle collected it would be possible but we insisted that its not our job to go to various places to collect the car, on which he said that he would arrange his own driver and get the car from Pune. This time also they failed and gave us further promise for New year day October 29 2008. On this day they said that the car is still a Octroi Check Naka in Dahisar and would come by evening and they were opn only half day so they would not be able to deliver the car and would definitely deliver it on October 30 2008. Today also when we called firstly they all avoid taking our calls and after lot of tries when one of them came on phone they said that there is noone available to get the car cleared from Octroi so the delivery cannot happen today also. We are really totally disturbed and they have spoiled our entire occasion mood. Over and above all the most ridiculious part is that even before i get the car the entire loan amount from HDFC bank has been disbursed and even first installment has been debited from my account. In this entire episode we have written many mails to gmmotors also and no body has even bothered to look into the matter and assist us. Please help us to fight out the matter and get the justice.
