Hi,
I had purchased Chevrolet Spark on 12 April 2011 from Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd (Goregaon showroom). I had pad Rs 36,052 as RTO registration charges, however, to my great surprise and shock, i was only given RTO receipt of Rs 24,218 and no proper explanation or receipt was given for the balance Rs 12,000 (approx). I feel cheated.
Is there a way where i can claim back my Rs 12000. Kindly suggest.

False promises for delivering the new car
We had booked chevrolet Spark Dazzaling silver colour from Addis Marketing which in turn booked the vehicle with Ashtavinayak Auto on[protected]. After booking we were promised the delivery on Dasserra which they failed and gave the reason that the booked colour is not in production and this information was given to us just 2 days before the delivery.
