[Resolved] Astroyogi.com — unfulfilled order without refund | |||
The company in question is a online astrology service. I had placed an order with over two weeks back and it still hasn't been fulfilled when the website clearly states that all orders will be completed in a week's time. The customer executives are never reachable , I tried contacting them a lot of times over email but I haven't got any response. I would like to get my money back as soon as possible. I have had a fabulous experience with this company. They've been around for over 12 years so I'm surprised that there are some customers who think otherwise. Might be a ploy by the competition to show them down! :)
