[Resolved]  ATM — Transaction Declined but Account Debited

Dear All,
I hold a savings Account With IOB - Adambakkam (Branch)
My Account number : 30956
When i tried to take cash from an KVB bank ATM at Nanganallur on 1.9.2009 / 9.45Am,
the Transaction was Declined but the Same was Debited from my Account,
Details are as below
01/09/2009 - 9.44AM // ATM ID: S1ACO1255001 // Response Code : 072 Unable to Process
INR 5000.00
The above said compliant has been hand over to IOB Branch Manager, Till date no action taken i seek your speedly response in this regard,
Please Help me in this regard,

When i tried to take cash on 29.11.12 time 1.10pm from an Indian bank ATM at tiruchitrambalam koot raod branch, the Transaction was Declined but the Same was Debited from my Account,
Details are as below
29/11/12 record no. 802(station ID S1AT0701 csw INR 1000.00
Please Help me in this regard,
