[Resolved] Atx Bajaj Toaster — Defective product-Transaction cancellation | |||
FLIPCART.COM_Unmatchable and horrible customer treatment and service. Please do not buy Electronics from the site. They do not follow up on the complaints. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SITE This is with respect to cancellation of the Bajaj ATX toaster transaction and giving me my money back. I had book a ATX toaster which stopped working on 3rd day from the receipt of delivery. I called Flipcart and was assured replacement which I got within next 15 days after rigorous follow up. However finally when I received it, it did stop working again on the 3rd day itself. The lever of the toaster in both the instances was not working. I called them again, this time for cancelling the transaction and returning my money back. Its more than a month that I registered a complaint spoke to the manager of the customer service department but nothing has happened. NO FOLLOW UP ON MY COMPLAINT. I SPOKE TO THEM AT LEAST 4 TIMES BUT IN VEIN. I AM TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE DO NOT INTEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS THEY APOLOGIES FOR THIS BEHAVIOR. This amounts to deficiency in service and need to drag them to Consumer forum. If I can get their CEO's email well and good. I HOPE THIS OPENS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENTS EYES AND THEY WOULD LOOK AT THE COMPLAINT. ANAND GHURDE Was this information helpful? | |||
