absolutely agree, even in mangalore these auto rickshaws wala misbehave even with students. AND one thing i wanna add is that, they are signed for the purpose of serving every one whenevr anyone is in need to go anywhere, bt i have experienced that they have their mind set ;its their wish whether they want to go or not at that particular place, , even if its urgent. Just write a compliant with date and place and send it to nearest women police station and DIG by speed post(12 rs) without revealing your identity address and mention in the complaint about your identity cant be revealed for safety reasons.
